Hip new hotel located in a calm area near public transport, local attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Huge room with decent air conditioning. - Excellent and helpful staff. - Incredible and stunning position right in the center of town. - Walking distance to Yasaka Shrine.

I didn't feel like leaving.

The staff was perfectly fine and exceptionally nice and the place was clean. Asked for queen room and it was well-designed and neat with decent air con. The location in a wonderful area was marvellous and there were a market and all the major shops nearby. Gion district was worth exploring.

The location was particularly good - near pubs and bars. Double room with 3 beds. A good choice of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk, and television.

The location was absolutely incredible, relatively near Maruyama Park. the hotel is in a shopping area really close to all the main shops on both sides of the river. - the room was well-organised and a great size, featuring a comfortable bed and amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bidet in the bathroom.

The employees were very helpful and always tried to give information.

location: the hotel was near that connect to ninenzaka preserved old streets, and the tourist spots in gion. it was near kappo umezu, where you can have lunch. the room with 3 beds.

Great little modern spot with a well-designed, spacious room that has a cool bar attached. the staff is incredibly friendly. And guess what? There's even an Irish bar right here! 🍀

Location, comfort, value for money(!)

The room with decent air con. Location: the hotel was right by many restaurants, various train, subway and bus lines and the center of the Gion district. It was near Teppanyaki Manryu, where you can have lunch...

Excellent little and gorgeous hotel in the middle of Kyoto. Large room with decent air conditioning. - the staff were perfectly fine and accommodating. - the location was amazing. - A good restaurant and an Irish bar available.

Super value for money! Well located and yet quiet

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the main sites. the staff were incredibly friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. the room we booked was perfect, with enough space for two large suitcases and a comfortable queen bed. as vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find plenty of nearby restaurants catering to our dietary preferences.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The room was modern and stylish with good air conditioning, which made the stay enjoyable; the location was amazing, right in the Gion area and just a short walk to the train station.

Modern and clean hotel with incredibly nice staff. the room features its own balcony, a writing table, closet space, and a big bed. - Comfortable bedroom. - Marvellous and amazing location. - Honestly, nothing is too much trouble.
